Sternbergia Lutea, also known as winter daffodil, is a large, golden yeollow, goblet shaped flower, with 6 petals and 6 yellow stamen atop strappy, dark green leaves. Plant in well drained, sheltered but sunny areas in gardens, beds, borders, rock or gravel gardens, along paths. Plant en masse for a beautful carpet of yellow that will help transition growing seasons.
