Description

Ornithogalum balansae is a hardy, low flowering plant that produces two channeled green leaves and a cluster of as many as five star-like flowers with pale green stripes, green centres and yellow anthers on an erect stem. Best to plant in full sun in well drained areas of gardens, borders, beds, gravel and rock gardens, banks, slopes, containers, pots or underplanting for roses and shrubs. This plant may naturalize as it matures.
