Tubergen’s Gem is a compact star-shaped flower with red petals and wide yellow margins and interior, with a bed of linear, grey-green leaves. This little beauty will show its true colours when it is sunny out and opens in rock gardens, coastal areas, beds, borders, edging or containers. Growing fairly close to the ground they make good ground cover as they are sturdy against wind and rain. Good naturaliser.
