Fringed Tulip New Santa is a decorative tulip with sharp colour contrast and a more unusual petal finish than standard smooth-edged varieties. The flowers are rich red with heavily fringed white edges, giving each bloom a frosted, serrated outline. Tulip New Santa is best used where the flower detail can be seen properly.
