Description

Muscari botryoides Superstar has shapely periwinkle blue, conical racemes of densely packed, florets rimmed in whiteand topped with a crest of clustered florets above ample foliage clumps. Plant in a sunny to partially shaded, well draining soil in borders, gardens, gravel or rock gardens, wildflower meadows or naturalised in grass. Can be planted by the edge of a woodland or under roses or deciduous shrubs. Muscari makes wonderful ground cover and can be planted in containers or pots. Plant en masse for a bright sea of blue or with contrasting Muscari botryoides Album for an eye-catching mix. Bee friendly.
