Allium karataviense

Allium karataviense

Small Flowering

Description

A compact, low-growing allium producing large globes of star-shaped pink flowers with a darker eye with broad silvery-green leaves. Karataviense can be grown in clumps and because it is low, it makes a perfect add to the front of your border, or gravel garden or in garden containers. It makes a stunning display as a cut flower as well. For best results, this allium should be planted in a sunny area with well draining soil. Suitable for naturalising. This allium attracts butterflies and bees during flowering.
