Description
Lupinus Blue is a short-lived, yet hardy, herbacious perennial growing well in beds, borders, cottage gardens, coastal areas and as a cut flower. They bloom June – July, preferring fairly cool and dry conditions. The fresh green leaf of the lupine is palmately composed and stays under the flowers. The spiky flowers are in long racemes around the stems with the plants growing 90-100 cm. The distinctive palmate leaves are attractive in the garden, even when the flowers are not in bloom.
