Description
Eryngium ‘Jos Eijking’, known as Sea Holly or Ornamental Thistle, is a stunning electric blue perennial – even the umbrels and stems are electric! Appearing in June, this plant lasts through the summer. Best planted in full sun in well draining soil, even if its a bit rocky or dry. Does not transplant well, so it is best to leave undisturbed once established. This thistle is attractive to pollinators including bees and butterflies.
