Description
Triumph Tulip Graceland is a refined bicolour tulip for planting where a white tulip needs a softer, more decorative edge. It gives a cleaner and more graceful effect than strong red or orange varieties, while the pink margin adds enough colour to keep the display from looking plain. The flowers are white with a pink edge, carried on tall stems in the Triumph group and grow to around 40 to 50cm.
Graceland is useful where a planting scheme needs pale colour with definition. It suits hotel entrances, estate borders, civic beds, courtyard containers, public garden displays, commercial frontages, wedding venue planting and formal seasonal schemes. The white base gives brightness in spring light, while the pink edging gives the flower a more finished, tailored appearance. Tulip Graceland is suited to managed beds, formal borders and planters where a neat flower shape, pale colour and soft bicolour detail can be used to full effect.
Graceland combines well with white narcissus, blue muscari, pale pink tulips, soft lilac tulips, dark purple tulips, cream tulips and late alliums.
