Carnival de Rio is gorgeous planted as a group in the garden, border, containers or pot in sunny, well drained soil.  This splashy white and red flower combines nicely with purple, blue or pink hyacinths or makes a bold statement when paired with red tulips such as double late Miranda or Red Princess.
