Description
Tulip Bojangles is a Triumph tulip with a lively bi-colour pink effect, typically described as a lighter pink base with deeper pink feathering or flames. It?s a strong seller visually because the patterning reads well on pack imagery and gives customers a designed look without needing multiple varieties. It is supplied as a 7-bulb retail pack and delivered in outers of 5, making it straightforward for retail outlets to merchandise in consistent blocks and reorder in tidy multiples. It also fits nicely into themed displays such as pink/romantic spring tables or mixed patio planters. Plant in autumn (September to December) in full sun, prioritising free drainage through winter. On heavier soils, add grit or plant in containers or raised areas to avoid waterlogging. Plant 10?15 cm deep and in groups for a more intentional, professional finish. Water in once after planting to settle soil, then avoid overwatering until growth starts. Feed lightly in early spring as shoots appear and again at bud stage. Deadhead after flowering and let foliage die back naturally.
As a single tulip type it may offer limited early-season pollen on mild spring days, but it?s not a major nectar plant and is best positioned as a colour/display line.
