Description

Black Parrot, like Queen of Night, has a special blackish-purple flower colour. The cup-shaped flowers have cut wavy, irregular petals on strong stems with strappy, grey-green leaves. This tulip will thrive when planted in a sunny, well-drained spot in beds, borders, between perennials, gardens, or in pots. Is a striking cut flower, either on its own or added to other tulips. Plant en masse for a stunning display or add to a white flowered tulips for contrast. The flower colour and the special bloom shape make it a very popular tulip.
