Description
Crocus Tommasinianus Barr’s Purple is a big name for a small but mighty little flower. The cup shaped blooms have dark purple exteriors, with a paler purple interior and orange stamens on short stalks. Lovely in sunny or partially shaded borders, beds, gravel or rock gardens, wildflower meadows, banks and slopes, edging, or in pots on the patio or balcony. Combines beautifully with other crocuses such as angustifolius or chrys. Fuscotincus. Bee friendly.
