Description
Nectaroscordum siculum is a tall and unusual ornamental bulb that produces nodding bell shaped flowers in cream and maroon beneath a leafy crown. It is especially effective in naturalistic borders, meadow inspired planting and more distinctive commercial landscapes where form and character are priorities. The height and airy flower structure allow it to weave through mixed planting without looking heavy, making it valuable for contemporary and informal schemes alike. Its blooms are also attractive to bees and other pollinating insects.
