Description
Las Vegas is a huge outward facing flower that opens creamy-white and when mature, is ivory-white with a yellow halo around its buttercup-yellow trumpet. The trumpet itself is funnel shaped with a frilly, rolled rim. Quite the showy flower when it is planted in one variety drift or can be added to borders, or in pots on the patio or balcony, under trees or it can be used to naturalise in areas of taller grass verges, lawn edges, hedgerows or banks. Allow foliage to die down naturally as this ensures nourishment for the next seasons growth. Combines nicely with blue hyacinths.
