Description
Narcissus Flower Drift is a lush, full-bodied double daffodil producing large, creamy-white blooms with soft apricot or peachy-pink highlights in the ruffled central whorl. The petals are thick and multi-layered, offering both structural drama and subtle colouring. A perfect fit for premium planting schemes or mixed spring bulb drifts.
Grows to 35–40 cm and flowers mid-spring. Its strong stems and weather resilience make it suitable for coastal Irish gardens, exposed beds, or decorative containers. Excellent in mixed herbaceous borders, wedding-themed plantings, or pastel colour palettes where softness and body are required.
While not the most accessible to all pollinators due to its double form, its long-lasting blooms provide excellent shelter and pollen for short-tongued bee species and hoverflies. To offset reduced access, companion plant with single Narcissus types or open-flowered bulbs like Anemone blanda and Muscari armeniacum.
