Yes, it really does look an ice cream cone! This unusual bloom has double, peony shaped flowers that are densely packed in its yellow center and exterior petals are green. Around the heart is a double wreath of petals. They are low to the ground but have wavy, broad leaves which nicely displays them. Best if planted in groups in borders in full sun.
