The Eucomis autumnali (Pineapple Lily) has a striking green crest at the top of the green-white flowers and a green with purple speckled stem. This 30cm plant flowers from July to August. This plant is easy to grow and does well in sunny borders, in pots or greenhouses.Plant the Eucomis in a sunny, warm spot in moist, humus-rich soil. These flowers are still decorative after flowering.
