Description

Erythronium Pagoda, or Dog’s Tooth Violet, produces up to ten, creamy yellow nodding flowers per stem atop a bed of mottled, rich green leaves. The petals are recurved and pointy surrounding a cluster of yellow stamens. Erythronium Pagoda is a favourite naturalising bulb and a wonderful producer of nectar and pollen for bees and other other pollinators. These bulbs bloom best when planted in a location that is sunny to slightly shaded area of garden beds, borders, meadow or rock gardens, or as underplanting to shrubs or roses.
