Description
The Ball type Dahlia ‘Jowey Frambo’ blooms all summer from July until the first frost. The curled petals create a billowy ballhead that is a rich pink colour with a small yellow centre. This is the perfect flower to add to the border, planting beds or containers and is an excellent cut flower . Dahlia tubers should be planted in the spring in full to partial sun. However they are sensitive to frost, so don’t plant too early. The planting distance of the tubers is 30-60 cm and 3-5cm deep. Water the tubers immediately after planting. Store the tubers in a frost-free place after flowering and you will enjoy them for years to come. Dahlia “Jowey Frambo” combines well with perennials and other Dahlia varieties due to its attractive colouring and foliage.
