Cyclamen hederifolium

Cyclamen hederifolium

Hardy, long-lived cyclamen ideal for woodland naturalising. Autumn-flowering with marbled foliage and delicate pink to pale rose blooms.

Description

Although Cyclamen hederifolium has dainty reflexed blooms, it  is a robust, shade-loving perennial bulb ideal for mass planting in naturalistic or woodland-style schemes. It produces charming, upswept pink to pale rose flowers in late summer through autumn, followed by decorative marbled foliage that persists into winter.

Exceptionally hardy and tolerant of dry shade once established, it thrives beneath deciduous trees where it benefits from early-season light. This species naturalises well in parks, public gardens, and underplantings, offering long-term visual impact with minimal input.
