Description

Crocus sieberi Tricolor, is a crocus with large, rich purple petals, a golden throat and white edging on sturdy stems, with narrow, dark green leaves. These eye-catchers appear just after winter and continue to bloom for a long time due to the cold early spring. Lovely in sunny borders, beds, gravel or rock gardens, wildflower meadows, banks and slopes, edging, or in pots on the patio or balcony. Combines beautifully with other crocuses, scilla, puschkinia and chionodoxa. Very suitable for naturalising. Bee-friendly.
