Potato ‘Eersteling’ is a very early variety seed potato producing a high-yield. Eersteling is a long oval, yellow skinned tuber with pale yellow flesh. Boiling, roasting and mashing are the best way to use this potato to get its fullest flavour. It grows best in well-drained soil with recommended planting distance of 30x65cm.
