Description

Allium Ostara is a cross between allium karataviense and atropurpureum. It has a strong stem, broad blue green leaves and densely packed, deep purple, star-shaped florets creating a round head. When the bloom is no longer flowering, it is replaced byan ornamental seed head. Best planted in sunny, well-drained gardens, borders, beds, gravel or rock gardens, or containers. Wonderful addition to any cut flower arrangement. Pollinator and bee friendly.
