Alcea rosea Mix (Hollyhock) is a high-growing plant mix (100-175 cm) with a strong stem and a colour array of flowers. Alcea rosea is a beautiful vertical bloomer gracing you with its presence from June through September. The inflorescence is beautiful and because of its height is very suitable against along the house or fence. The Hollyhock is a real sun worshipper. Well-drained, somewhat sandy soil is excellent. Make sure you fertilize enough and don’t let the soil dry out. Place the young plants about 50 cm apart. The nice thing about Hollyhocks is that they often self-seed and look for beautiful spots in the garden.
