Description
Amoracia Rusticana, better known as Horseradish, is a clump-forming perennial plant that is a root vegetable, but most often used as a condiment. It white-yellow roots are pungent and are what is used to spice up a variety of dishes. The plant grows quickly and will be ready to harvest in the fall. Horseradish grows best if planted in full sun in loamy, well-drained soil and it doesn’t mind cool weather.
