Phlox paniculata Red Riding Hood has clusters of fragrant, dazzling red flowers that bloom mid summer to late fall. Red Riding Hood is compact and can be used in mid-border cottage gardens, mixed or herbaceous borders or in containers. Phlox thrives in sun or partial shade in moist soil in an area of good air circulation. Phlox is an excellent cut flower. Deadhead to extend flowering season and divide clumps evey three (3) to four (4) years. Great attractor for pollinators.
