Description
Anemone coronaria Bride grows in masses of single, pure white, poppy-like flower with a green button centre. Grows best in well drained soil, in full sun. Plant in one variety drifts or with other flowers, such as single-early tulips or early flowering daffodils, in beds, rock gardens, or in pots on the patio or balcony. This flower lasts up to ten days cut and is often used in bride’s bouquets. Suitable for naturalising, especially in wooded areas and grassy areas, making it a nice ground cover. The nectar pollen rich flower makes it very attractive to bees.
