Tulip Sanne

Tulip Sanne

Tulip Sanne is a elegant tulip that produces rose-pink flowers with creamy-pink edges that soften towards apricot-pink as the blooms mature, giving a refined late spring display with gentle colour movement. Well suited to formal bedding, mixed borders and trade landscape planting for horticulturists, landscapers, hotels and county council spring schemes in Ireland.

Description

Tulip Sanne is a pink tulip with a softer, more mature colour finish than standard bright bedding varieties. The flowers open in rose-pink with a lighter cream-pink edge, then gradually soften towards warm apricot-pink as they develop. This gives Sanne a changing colour profile that works well in premium planting schemes where subtle tones are preferred over hard blocks of colour.

Tulip Sanne is well suited to hotel borders, estate gardens, wedding venues, courtyard planters, public garden entrances, civic displays and high-quality commercial landscapes. Its soft rose, cream and apricot tones combine well with white narcissus, pale yellow narcissus, blue muscari, cream tulips, purple tulips and late spring alliums.

The flower shape gives Sanne extra value in late spring display planting and its strong upright stems are useful in both borders and for cut flowers.
