Description
The poppy ‘Picotee’ is an early summer bloomer with gorgeous deep bowl-shaped white creased petals and a broad, pink-orange margin. These unique flowers will draw attention to beds and borders as well as in fresh cut and dried arrangements. Poppies grow best in full sun to partial shade in a well-drained sandy or light clay soil. The best location is a place out of the wind due to the thin petals. After flowering, the flowers form seed pods. It is best to remove these so that the poppy can bloom again.
