Description
The large-flowered, decorative Dahlia ‘Orange Perception’ is a rewarding summer bloomer that will give you pleasure from July to first frost. This double flower begins with a darker orange centre that fades to peach and almost white at the petals edge. This is the perfect flower to add to the border, planting beds or containers and is an excellent cut flower . Dahlia tubers should be planted in the spring in full to partial sun. However they are sensitive to frost, so don’t plant too early. The planting distance of the tubers is 30-60 cm and 3-5cm deep. Water the tubers immediately after planting. Store the tubers in a frost-free place after flowering and you will enjoy them for years to come. Dahlia “Orange Perception” combines well with perennials, echinacea and other Dahlia varieties due to its attractive colouring and foliage.
